2016 SEMA: A Look Back At Last Year
We can’t wait for 2016 SEMA. Seriously, we’re counting down the days at the Tire Stickers shop ‘til we get out to Vegas. SEMA is a great opportunity to see what everyone has been working on, and it’s also a great opportunity to see many of you!
We remember when Tire Stickers was just a dream we were building out of a garage, so it still blows us away to see people from all over the world using and enjoying our tire decals.
In anticipation of 2016 SEMA, we thought we’d take a look at some of our favorite builds from last year’s show. There were way too many to pick from, but here are a few that we really liked:
1) Liberty Walk Dodge Challenger with Michelin Tire Lettering
This Challenger looks mean as hell, doesn’t it? Jet black with a touch of blue, this beast says, “Don’t mess with me.” Along with some Michelin tire decals, we were big fans.
2) Roadster Shop Chevrolet Corvette C2 with Vintage Red Line Walls
Not sure what your favorite generation of Corvette is, but it’s pretty hard to beat the classy lines of the C2. This one is rockin’ some Vintage Red Line Walls, which is one of our more subtle options for folks looking for that finishing touch.
3) Ferrari-Powered Model A Hot Rod with Achilles Tire Stickers
Seriously, how awesome is this? We were floored. A Ferrari 2.9L V8 in a Ford Model A frame. Enough said. One of the reasons you go to SEMA is to see crazy builds like this one. Throwing in some Achilles tire lettering doesn’t hurt either!
4) Liberty Walk Mini Hardtop with Toyo Proxes Tire Lettering
For us, one of the coolest things is how many different types of rides can pull off Tire Stickers -- whether it’s a sports car, motorcycle, dirt bike, truck, or even a Mini. Here you see a sick Mini hardtop sporting some our Toyo Tires Proxes decals.
5) West Coast Customs Ferrari 458 with Custom Continental Tire Decals
This list is far from complete, but it really wouldn’t be complete without West Coast Customs’ Ferrari 458. The “Bieber-mobile” has some jaw-dropping bodylines, mesmerizing blue paint, and those custom Continental decals help pull the whole thing together. We’re honored to work with West Coast Customs and are always impressed by the work they do.
